Romance
Is there actual romance, or is it just sex scenes?
Romance is one of the reasons this game exists. Nothing here happens between two people who haven't become something to each other first.
ReadNTR
Is there NTR in Lustbound?
Not a toggle and not a route. It exists on a small number of characters it was always true of, and you'd have to steer there on purpose.
ReadHarem
Can I romance everyone, or do I have to pick one?
You're not locked into one. How multiple relationships resolve at the end is still being designed, and I'd rather say that than promise a system I haven't finished.

Is corruption the main mechanic?
Yes. It's the spine of the game and there's no route that avoids it.

Can I play a submissive protagonist?
Yes — it's a fully written path, not a couple of alternate lines.

Several, and skipping them costs you information rather than content.
