Yes — and like everything else here it lives inside a particular relationship rather than a dedicated route you can wander onto. The part that matters more: it is never something that happens to you. It's always initiated by a choice you make deliberately, with the game making clear what you're agreeing to.

I group this with NTR when I talk about the game, because in Lustbound they come out of the same system — relationship dynamics that develop from what you actually do, rather than content dropped in on a schedule. But what they are to play is close to opposite. NTR is about losing something. This is about giving it, which is why it only exists when the giving is yours.
